Job Summary

The Lead Digital & Communications will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies that align with our company goals.
The position holder will oversee all digital communication channels, including social media, email marketing, and our website, ensuring that our messaging is consistent, engaging, and effective. You will work closely with various departments to create content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement. Additionally, the Lead Digital & Communications will be responsible for analysing the performance of our digital campaigns and making data-driven decisions to optimize our efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and communications, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. He/she should be a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead a team.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies.
  • Oversee and maintain all digital communication channels.
  • Ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with various departments to create relevant content.
  • Analyze the performance of digital campaigns and advise management accordingly to make data-driven decision.
  • Manage and lead a team of digital communication professionals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and manage the digital communications budget.
  • Ensure compliance with digital marketing regulations.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for the company.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies.
  • Manage online reputation and crisis communication.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies.
  • Ensure website content is up-to-date and optimized.
  • Provide training and support to team members.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and communications.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with graphic design tools is a plus.
