Job Summary

The Support Creative/Art Director will lead our creative team and drive the development of innovative and compelling content across various platforms.
The job holder will be responsible for overseeing the entire creative process, from concept to execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. He/she will work closely with clients, account managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective creative strategies. This role will also involve mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the creative team to develop innovative content.
  • Oversee the entire creative process from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Develop and implement effective creative strategies.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.

  • Review and approve all creative materials before final delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a creative role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
