Job Summary

The Support IBS – Commercial will be responsible for providing comprehensive commercial support for IBS related projects and initiatives.
The position holder will work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that our IBS-related products and services meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. The holders primary responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing sales data, developing marketing strategies, and providing support to the sales team. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the IBS market.
  • Analyze sales data to assess the performance of IBS-related products and services.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote IBS-related products and services.
  • Provide support to the sales team, including training and resource development.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that IBS-related products meet quality and effectiveness standards.
  • Prepare and present reports on market trends, sales performance, and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in the field.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a commercial support role, preferably in the creative industry.
  • Proven track record of success in market research, sales analysis, and marketing strategy development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
