Job Summary;

The Digital Support is responsible for generating content for a variety of media platforms. You will provide daily support for client campaigns, including research, set up, regular maintenance, and analysis. You will also need to examine data analytics reports to achieve a better understanding of the effectiveness of content marketing strategies and how to improve them.

The Digital Support coordinates with other team members to implement campaign strategies that align with client marketing goals and internal targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designing online campaigns, creating social media contents, answering to customer’s comments or questions (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc).
  • Monitor and manage online advertising budgets and develop budget recommendations.
  • Supporting the Lead PR & Communications in following-up and improve the digital marketing strategy.
  • Conduct demographic, keyword and other research related to campaign set up.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Complete Quality Assurance (QA) reviews of Online Ads.
  • Gather data and complete online advertising reports
  • Collaborate with Business Convergence team to fully understand client goals for each campaign.
  • Obtain and maintain relevant certifications (Google AdWords Search, etc)
  • Report on campaign performance and progress to your supervisor and business convergence.
  • Retrieve and explain analytics of varying digital platforms to the lead team.

Qualifications, Experience and skills;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, strategic communications, or equivalent in a recognized university.
  • Industry knowledge in digital marketing, communications and media.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms, and content Creation.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and all levels of staff.
  • Ability to work on several different assignments at the same time.
  • Good understanding of office management.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
