Job Summary;

The Programming support will blur the lines between a coder and a designer, using both coding languages and design applications to create beautiful interactive web interfaces, sites, or applications. You must possess superior coding skills, excellent communication, high concentration levels, and superior problem solving plus critical thinking skills. Essentially, you shall enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of systems, resolve errors, and design programs that are customized to the clients needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write computer programs to perform specific tasks related to client needs and FML goals
  • Design algorithms, workflow diagrams and charts to demonstrate the functionality of programs before coding them.
  • Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements
  • Run software tests to spot and resolve bugs and inconsistencies before and after deployment.
  • Work with team members to find creative, innovative solutions to problems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand the client and identify any other end-user requirements and specifications needs and devise ways to accommodate them with software.
  • Perform regular audits to identify software inefficiencies and mastermind ways to improve workflow.
  • When required, meeting and liaising with clients to discuss requirements or project progress
  • Producing products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing.
  • Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects
  • Collaborate with copywriters to create documentation for user support
  • Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance
  • Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products.

Qualifications, Experience and skills;

  • 2+ years of experience in a programming role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot tiny errors or inconsistencies in code
  • Must have excellent creative problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, PHP and more
  • Up to date on the latest software innovations and committed to continually building on existing knowledge and skills
  • Exemplify superior time management skills and capable of working productively with minimal supervision
  • Ability to follow directions closely and accurately
  • A desire to innovate and create cutting edge programs
